Sealcoat is a form of preventative maintenance for your existing asphalt surface. It prolongs the life of the asphalt and protects the expensive investment on your property.  

Striping of the existing parking stall lines to make them visible again, or layout of a new parking lot. Striping of crosswalks, unloading zones, ADA compliance, stencils, directional arrows and curbs.

Curb appeal is your first impression, make sure you have a clean parking lot and no trash or debris is blowing around. Parking lot sweeping is a form of maintenance, it removes rocks and other abrasive debris, as well as moss which can set into your asphalt creating damage overtime. 

From “Stop” signs to “School zone” to anything in between. We can source custom signage or provide all state compliant plaques. Posts can be perforated square, round galvanized, wood or building mounted.

Small cracks in your parking lot can be slowed down with the use of crack filler. A hot rubberized tar is used to seal the cracks in the asphalt to waterproof the surface. This is a highly recommended preventative maintenance tool. Best used in conjunction with sealcoat, but is available as a separate service.

Olson Asphalt offers emergency vactor truck services, or scheduled maintenance on catch basins and drainage systems. Vactor trucks can be used for safe utility exposure or hydro-excavation services.
