Olson Asphalt Maintenance is a full service asphalt and maintenance company providing services from installing new pavement to maintaining existing surfaces with sealcoat and sweeping. We offer a variety of other services such as parking lot striping, crack filling, line removal, sign installation. We are licensed, bonded and insured to provide services to the residential, commercial and municipal customers of Clatsop, Tillamook, Pacific and Wahkiakum counties in Oregon and Washington.
Olson Asphalt Maintenance is a family owned business, operated by Rex and Julia Olson. Before beginning to work for ourselves, Rex has worked and managed asphalt crews in Seaside and Portland, and Julia worked in the hospitality industry. We met in 2008 in a parking lot of a hotel which Julia managed and Rex came to sealcoat.
In 2013, after the passing of uncle Corey, we purchased Corey Olson Construction and started Olson Asphalt Maintenance LLC. In 2015 Julia left her hospitality job and joined working full time for Olson Asphalt. In 2024 we purchased Clean Sweep Maintenance and expanded our services to provide paving, parking lot sweeping, excavation, and vactor truck services.
Rex has over 25 years of personal experience working with asphalt. In addition, our crew has over 60 years of combined experience in this industry.
